good book bad shipper

The book was in perfection condition no CD was included from the previous owner. The person I bought it from was terrible. took two weeks to ship it then shipped it a compnay that never comes my way so it took longer for it to show up and i needed it for a class. i think the book its self was really helpful even if i didnt need it for class.

This book normally comes with a test sheet in the back for a certificate that many teachers like to incorporate into their classes. I bought the book new expecting this sheet to be included and it wasn't. If u need the sheet, don't buy from here.
